Important: This review window is valid for 14 days from the date of delivery. After this period, unfortunately, we cannot provide further assistance.
Handling Damaged or Faulty Items
If you receive a defective product or an item that doesn't function as advertised, contact us promptly. We accept responsibility for damages occurring during manufacturing or shipping. Attach photographs showcasing the defect, such as missing parts or visible flaws, ensuring they are taken on a flat surface with any labels or indicators clearly visible.
Once our team verifies the issue, we will arrange for a replacement. Typically, there's no need to return the faulty item. These images assist us in refining quality standards and preventing future issues.
Note that this warranty covers only manufacturing defects. The following are excluded from coverage:
- Accidental damage
- Improper handling or misuse
- Normal wear and tear over time
- Color or material fading due to sun exposure
- Post-purchase alterations or modifications
Reminder: You have 14 days from receiving the product to report issues related to damages or defects. After this timeframe, refunds or replacements might not be available.
Delayed or Missing Deliveries
In case your shipment is delayed beyond the estimated delivery date, please contact us with your order details. We will prioritize your case to resolve the issue swiftly.
Note that claims for missing items or delays must be submitted within 60 days of placing your order, as tracking information may expire afterward. After processing, refunds generally take 5–10 business days to process depending on your bank or payment provider.
